Role Overview:

  • Partner with the leadership teams and hiring managers to identify and shape current recruitment requirements
  • Provide specialist recruitment support and guidance in a challenging market and suggest suitable solutions where required
  • Manage the full interview and assessment process, from sourcing, screening and submitting suitable candidates to undergoing practical assessments where required
  • Take full ownership of writing attractive and appealing adverts as well as advertising of all vacancies across the appropriate channels
  • Adopt the correct social media strategy to attract the required level of skills and expertise
  • Drive consistency and quality throughout internal and external processes.
  • Ensure the candidate experience is of the highest quality
  • Develop insight and knowledge into hiring areas, and provide updates on key recruiting trends to hiring managers
  • Provide expert and professional advice on how to best structure recruitment campaigns
  • Demonstrate a progressive recruitment approach, and a continuous improvement mind-set – working collaboratively with colleagues to improve the recruitment service for managers and candidates.
  • Be proactive in ensuring managers are appropriately briefed on the progress of their recruitment, scheduling regular update meetings.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of current and past recruitment strategies, proposing new ideas and areas for improvement
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous recruitment experience within inhouse is required
  • Knowledge of the accountancy / umbrella market would be advantageous
  • Suitable candidates must demonstrate the confidence and ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience of managing the full cycle of recruitment from Sourcing, Headhunting, Advertising, Interviews and Candidate Management.
  • Experience of recruiting across all business areas would be preferred and senior level recruitment experience would be an advantage
  • You must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven, motivated and activity focused
  • Excellent communicator
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Suitable candidates will be pro active and forth coming with new ideas and initiatives
