Role Summary:

As a Campaigns Sales Advisor you will support our wider sales function with well thought out campaigns that will help us target our own customer base to maximise revenue and increase customer happiness and loyalty.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in converting warm leads into successful calls. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to self-manage yourself and your pipeline

As a Campaigns Sales Advisor you will support us with the following activity:

  • Complete health checks on our current customer base that will ask questions around satisfaction with the brand and service, as well as looking at current product offerings for upsell opportunities.
  • Work alongside other departments in the business to ensure the customer is receiving all the relevant information they require, as well as proactively looking to offer additional services e.g., Tax rebates, SATR’s
  • Gain an understanding of the services our affiliate partners offer so you are best placed to refer our current client base over for products they may require


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Business to consumer sales experience
  • Proven/demonstrable sales record
  • Experience of target/KPI driven challenging sales environments
  • Computer Literate – MS Office/CRM software/telephone system
  • Excellent Communicator – Able to influence effectively both internally and externally
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships at all levels
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Committed to professional development
  • Industry knowledge advantageous


Hours of Work are as Follows:

  • 8am – 8pm, Monday – Thursday – e.g., you will work 8 – 4.30 / 9.30 – 6 / 12 – 8
  • 9am – 7pm Friday – e.g., you will work 9 – 5.30 / 10.30 – 7pm
  • You will also be required to work 1 in 4 to 6 Saturdays
